Abstract
This article deals with the relationship between the didactic models and conceptions of researchers on teaching mathematics. The data and results are part of the Master thesis completed by the author. In this work, three were related didactic models, the absolutist, relativist and evo-lutionary-constructivist, with conceptions of teaching of 22 authors of dis-sertations approved under graduate Education in Science and Mathematics at PUC-RS program. The data were analyzed by the Discourse Textual Anal-ysis of the work process. The research concludes that teachers conceptions of teaching influence the students learning process.
