Abstract
Expedience of the use for the physical rehabilitation of the new system of hardening is grounded. The system is based on the use of the middle cold loadings. During a leadthrough employments are taken into account influence of seasonal cycles on a human organism. The method of the use of respiratory gymnastics is presented on the method of Strel'nikova in an association with water procedures of washing of nasal bosoms. In this method, making healthy is arrived at due to regular, brief immersion in cold water.
