Abstract
Víctor Selivanenko Grekoba, ukraniano de origen ruso, ingeniero-economista graduado en 1930 y desde hace 17 años residente en Venezuela -nacionalidad a la cual optó-, tiene en proyecto la publicación de una obra que transforma los actuales sistemas probatorios. Este estudio ("Sistema de Indices") constituye un nuevo procedimiento probatorio y se fundamenta en la relatividad numérica y en la descomposición de los números (de uno a cero).
