Abstract
This paper describes the method of determination of planetographic latitude in the planet topocentric coordinates. The model of such planet is ellipsoidal. The point with fixed coordinates in planetocentric system is the necessary condition for this method application. The method enables to connect points, measured in different topocentric systems to a single system. The content of the concepts planetocentric coordinate system and planetographic latitude was defined. The relation of these concepts to worldly analogs was determined
