Abstract
Economic activity now when the need for greater financial resources than existing funds, involves a major
responsibility in preparation of budgets at all levels, and hence the structure of each of the general government budget,
so that the principles existing in the specialized literature budget, in particular the principle of budgetary balance.
Thus this paper wants to identify the structure of consolidated budget revenues and their evolution over the period
2012-2014, as well as highlighting the main medium-term budgetary challenges so as to maintain a concern for
reducing the budget deficit.
