Abstract
Türkiye’nin baharat ve çeşni materyali üzerindeki derleme dizisinin bu dördüncüsünde, çeşitli familyalardan 15 baharatın (ardıç, çemenotu, çörekotu, defne, hardal, karanfilkökü, kebere, kırmızıbiber, mahlep, mersin, safran, salep, sumak, şerbetçiotu ve tarhun) botanik orijini, bileşimi ve kullanımı gözden geçirilmiştir.
