Abstract
En este trabajo se realizó un estudio minucioso de dos métodos normalmente utilizados para la detección de actividad pectolítica (Método del Hipoyodito y Método Viscosimétrico), introduciendo modificaciones en cada una de las técnicas hasta lograr los niveles de sensiblidad requeridos para la detección de una baja actividad.
