Abstract
Este trabalho tem como objetivo pensar a questão da formulação, pelo movimento indígena, de uma política própria para a educação escolar. Procura descrever e analisar a trajetória do movimento dos professores indígenas da Amazônia na sua busca concreta de definição e construção de escolas indígenas, tendo como eixo referencial os doze encontros anuais já realizados pelo movimento.
This paper aims to reflect about the formulation, by the Indigenous Movement, of an adequate policy for school education. It proposes to describe and analyze the trajectory of the Amazonian Indigenous Teachers' Movement in its work to define and delineate the fundamentals of Indigenous Schools, having the past twelve Annual Meetings as the point of reference.
