Abstract
A técnica utilizada pelo autor para a eletroforese em papel das proteínas do liqüido cefalorraquidiano é descrita em detalhe, segundo a experiência já obtida no laboratório da Clínica Neurológica do Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo. Atendendo à utilidade prática de exame eletroforético das proteínas do sôro sangüíneo, é exposta também a técnica utilizada para êste exame.
