Sauvagesia erecta L. and its relatives are revised. Ecological and genetical variations are studied in the field and in the laboratory. S. erecta ssp. Brownei (Planchon) Sastre n.c. is made.


El autor presenta los resultados de sus observaciones en el terreno sobre el grupo de 5 especies: Sauvagesia erecta L. y sus afines, y las experiencias realizadas en cultivos. Las variaciones ecológicas y las de carácter genético son descritas y comentadas en detalles: órganos vegetativos y florales, constitución anatómica, polen, etc., así como distribución geográfica, asociaciones, sinónimas y lista de material estudiado.
