Abstract
Príspevok sa zaoberá problematikou hodnotenia správania a konania prostredníctvom trestov. Je zameraný na trestanie v prostredí rodiny z hľadiska preferencie jednotlivých druhov trestov, ich frekvencie, dôvodov a účinnosti. Uvádza výsledky empirického výskumu, ktorý sme realizovali v Slovenskej republike a Nemecká spolková republika s cieľom vzájomného porovnania.
