Abstract
Os autores relatam o caso de um paciente de 11 anos de idade, vítima de um acidente em que ocorreu amputação de quatro dedos da mão direita, sendo preservado o polegar. Obteve-se um resultado satisfatório na recuperação da função fisiológica com a intervenção de técnicas microcirúrgicas, com a utilização da transferência do segundo artelho do pé para a mão e a aplicação de um retalho cutâneo do dorso do pé para revestir a perda cutânea do dorso da mão.
