Abstract
Tujuanpenelitianiniuntukmengetahuihubunganantaraintensitaskebisingandaniklimkerjadenganstreskerjapadapekerja di bagianproduksi PT. Nusantara Building Industries (NBI). Penelitianinimerupakanpenelitiansurveianalitikdenganpendekatancross sectional.Populasipenelitianadalahseluruhpekerjabagianproduksi PT. NBI berjumlah 288 orang. Sampelpenelitianyaitu 42 orang diambildengan purposive sampling. Instrumenpenelitianberupasound level meter, questemp,dankuesioner. Hasilujirank spearmandiperolehnilaisig (ρ value) sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05maka Ho ditolak, artinyaadahubunganantaraintensitaskebisingandenganstreskerja. Besarnyakoefisienkorelasi (r) yaitu 0,582 yang berartiberkorelasisedang. Hasilujipearson product momentdiperolehnilaisig (ρ value) sebesar 0,008 < α 0,05maka Ho ditolak, artinyaadahubunganantaraiklimkerjadenganstreskerja. Besarnyakoefisienkorelasi (r) yaitu 0,401 yang berartiberkorelasisedang. Saran untukpekerja, seharusnyamemilikikedisiplinandankesadaranuntukselalumenggunakanalatpelindungdirisaatbekerjasekaligusmemperhatiancarapenggunaannya yang benar.
