Abstract
Çalışmamızda ülkemizde yapılabilecek potansiyel kütüphanecilik projeleri 9 ana başlık altında sıralanmıştır. Her bir proje hedef kitle, amaç, tür, mevcut durum ve gerekçe başlıkları altında açıklanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda öneriler yer almaktadır. Ek kısmında Türkiye’deki bazı geçmiş projeler listelenmiştir.
