Abstract
The current article is devoted to the translation analysis of Kazakh infinitive into English. Despite the fact that both languages have such category as infinitive, Kazakh infinitive being translated into English sometimes loses its morphological and syntactical peculiarities. The technique of infinitives translation is analyzed on the basis of M. Auezov’s work “The Shot at the Pass”
