Abstract
Este artículo presenta una forma de prescripción de enfermería computarizada como instrumento comunicacional capaz de promover alteraciones en las relaciones multiprofesionales e intra equipo de enfermería. De oportunidad a la socialización, por escrito, tanto del saber como del hacer de la enfermería profesional. Puede constituirse en estrategia de reaproximación del enfermero al paciente/cliente, por medio de la identificación y priorización de los problemas, elaboración y selección de protocolos asistenciales. Ellos formarán parte de la prescripción de enfermería, asegurando a la clientela una asistencia planeada y adecuada, conduciendo a modificaciones en la práctica asistencial, con repercusiones en las formas de administrar la asistencia y de cuidar del paciente/cliente.
This paper presents the computerized nursing prescription as a communication instrument able to promote changes in nurs ing multiprofessional and intra-team relationships and professional nursing "savoir-faire" socialization. It can become a strategy of reapproximation of nurses and patients/clients, through problems assessment and priorization, elaboration and selection of protocols that will be part of nursing prescription, assuring to patients a planned and adequated care, conducting to modifications in the practice, with repercussions in the forms of managing care and also in the care provided to patients/clients.
