Este artículo parte de cuestionar la validez clínico-teórica de la noción psicoanalítica adolescencia delimitada psicopatológicamente, bien sea nosológica o estructuralmente. Para ello se retoman algunas premisas básicas en Freud con el fin de construir una primera acepción a partir del modelo del retorno de lo reprimido, la cual se contrasta con algunos casos clínicos, individuales y sociales. En consecuencia, se propone un segundo contenido teórico a partir de la lógica asociativa extraída del modelo freudiano del a posteriori y con base en algunas consideraciones relevantes de autores posfreudianos. Finalmente, se extraen consecuencias respecto al alcance clínico de esta propuesta, concluyendo así la licitud del atributo de transversalidad clínica de la adolescencia. // The question about the validity of the adolescent psychoanalytical notion delimitated by psychopathology is the starting point of this article. In that way, some Freud basic premises are retaken with the target to build a first connotation from the return of the repressed, which is contrasted with clinical cases and social reality. Consequently, a second theoretical connotation is proposed from the logic of a posteriori, which is found in Freud's work, based in some relevant considerations of post-Freudians authors. Finally, consequences about its clinical scope are extracted, concluding the legitimacy of attribute through clinical structuralism of the adolescent.
