В статье даны современные сведения о системной и местной терапии острых бактериальных и вирусных фарингитов у детей. Представлены антибактериальные средства, которые с высоким уровнем доказательности рекомендуются для лечения острых стрептококковых фарингитов. Приведена характеристика препарата Тантум Верде® как средства выбора для местной терапии острых фарингитов у детей.
