Abstract
Sexuality is part of the quality of life of elder people and an important factor when it comes to institutionalized people since institutionalization is a turning point in the course of their lives. Myths about old age and gender make society and elders have judgmental ideas. Gay, lesbian and transgender issues in institutions are a separate study subject.
