Abstract
Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar e discutir os diferentes tipos de narrativas existentes nas séries policiais atuais, como eles se estruturam, suas técnicas e quais são os elementos fundamentais para sua composição, com ênfase para o realismo e a figura do herói. Estabelecendo também relações com atualidade na qual elas estão inseridas e por fim destacando algumas séries representativas de cada tipo de narrativa.
