Abstract
Este artigo teve por objetivo investigar a importância do Programa institucional de bolsa de iniciação a docência para a formação do pedagogo e as contribuições para a formação docente. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de entrevistas com professores egressos da educação básica que foram acadêmicos e bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência e os professores/supervisores do Projeto. Notou-se que o programa potencializa a formação do pedagogo e do professor em sala.
