Abstract
Nasopalpebral lipoma-coloboma syndrome is characterized by nasopalpebral lipoma and eyelid coloboma. We report a case of a 16-year-old Indian girl who reported to us with this rare syndrome. Computed tomography scan showed a significantly hypodense lesion on the right side of nose which was confirmed to be a lipoma on histopathological examination. This condition should be included in differential diagnosis of conditions with congenital eyelid coloboma.
กลุ่มอาการนาโซแพลพีบรัล ไลโพมา-โคโลโบมา (Nasopalpebral lipoma-coloboma syndrome) มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือ การพบเนื้องอกไขมันบริเวณจมูกและเปลือกตา (nasopalpebral lipoma) และภาวะรอยแยกของเปลือกตา (eyelid coloboma) คณะผู้นิพนธ์รายงานกรณีผู้ป่วยเด็กหญิงชาวอินเดียอายุ 16 ปีรายหนึ่ง ซึ่งเข้ารับการตรวจรักษาด้วยกลุ่มอาการที่พบได้ยากนี้ การตรวจเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์พบรอยโรคที่มีความหนาแน่นต่ำ (hypodense lesion) อย่างชัดเจนบริเวณข้างจมูกด้านขวา ซึ่งได้รับการยืนยันจากการตรวจทางจุลพยาธิวิทยาว่าเป็นเนื้องอกไขมัน ทั้งนี้ ภาวะดังกล่าวควรได้รับการพิจารณาไว้ในการวินิจฉัยแยกโรคของภาวะที่มีรอยแยกของเปลือกตาแต่กำเนิด
