Abstract
Este artigo se ocupa do proceso de liquidação que vive a universidade pública na Europa, abordando específicamente o caso da Espanha e centrando-se nos sistemas de avaliação da docência e da pesquisa levada a cabo por docentes. Este coletivo é justamente sobre o qual recaem tanto os golpes desferidos pelo sistema quanto as técnicas de medição com as quais o neoliberalismo disciplina e controla as universidades públicas.
