Abstract
This work is devoted to the development of financial analysis methods and management of the educational process in universities. In particular, a new method has been proposed to form the wage funds for the faculty. The proposed method makes it possible to find the optimal variants of staff lists for structural units, to determine the effectiveness of the educational process, etc. Using the proposed approaches, the financial resources of the educational institution are used more effectively, which provides the necessary support to the quality of education, and stimulates the scientific activity of the teachers.
