Abstract
The article deals with parameters research and analysis for a new type of air flow sensor (AFS). The experimental results are given for comparison with sensors existing in clinical practice. AFS were compared by a number of parameters: spectral density distribution of signal, sensor response to acoustic influence, linearity and inertial properties of sensor, response of the AFS to the energy flow with an adjustable temperature, influence of structural rigidity.
