Abstract
A aplicação do processo de enfermagem em sessenta indivíduos, aparentemente sadios identificou 28 necessidades básicas alteradas, com uma média de nove para cada cliente. Encontrou-se como constante a interrelação entre as necessidades de eliminação, hidratação e nutrição. O plano assistencial consistiu em orientação, controle e encaminhamento.
