Abstract
The subject of the article is problems of quality assurance modelling at the Vehicle Inspection Stations (SKP). The essence of the quality management and assurance at the SKP has been presented as well as their influence on efficiency and effectiveness of SKP activities, to meet the clients’ quality requirements. Two models were described: process and neural quality assurance at the SKP.
