Abstract
Archives are preserving the records evidence of institutional activities, besides the function of this role, shedding light on the history of societies. At the same time, archives have been used as training centers. İshak Keskin’s study is analyzing the role of the archives in educational and cultural services, and how it can be carried out in a theoretical basis.
