Aanleiding tot die keuse van hierdie tema was 'n gesprek met 'n jong predikant wat slegs enkele maande tevore sy milit�re diensplig voltooi het. Hy het een en ander te vertel gehad omtrent sy ervaringe gedurende hierdie tyd.
