Abstrak
The author considers the actions aimed at the liquidation of illiteracy and introduction of universal primary education in the period of industrialization and culture dissemination in the USSR. The author draws attention to the fact that the fast-growing industry was in need of competent specialists and indicates the demand for wide-scale reforms in the education.The author argues that as a result of the implementation of the first five-year plan universal education was introduced in the country, illiteracy was eliminated and wide-scale secondary professional education was made available, highly skilled professionals and researchers were trained, etc. It is noteworthy that industrialization substantially improved the state of affairs in the country and in its capital.The author has studied numerous archived documents to present the evidence of development of a network of schools, higher number of students, organization of construction of school buildings, bigger amount of government funding of schools and other institutions for children in Moscow in the years of the first five-year plan.
Описаны мероприятия, которые проводились в Москве для решения задач ликвидации неграмотности и введения всеобщего начального обучения в период индустриализации и культурного строительства в СССР. На основе архивных документов показаны некоторые особенности организации школьного строительства, укрепления материальной базы школ и других детских учреждений в Москве в годы первой пятилетки.
يتناول المؤلف الإجراءات الرامية إلى القضاء على الأمية وإقرار التعليم الابتدائي الشامل في مرحلة التصنيع والبناء الثقافي في الاتحاد السوفيتي. كما يلفت المؤلف الانتباه إلى أن قطاع الصناعة سريع النمو كان في أمسّ الحاجة إلى متخصصين أكفاء، مبيناً الضرورة الملحة لإجراء إصلاحات واسعة النطاق في منظومة التعليم. ويخلص المؤلف إلى أنه كنتيجة لتنفيذ الخطة الخمسية الأولى، جرى تطبيق التعليم الإلزامي الشامل في البلاد، وقُضي على الأمية، وأُتيح التعليم المهني الثانوي على نطاق واسع، فضلاً عن تأهيل كوادر مهنية وباحثين ذوي كفاءة عالية، وغير ذلك. وجدير بالذكر أن حركة التصنيع قد أدت إلى تحسين الأوضاع تحسيناً جوهرياً في البلاد وعاصمتها. وقد عكف المؤلف على دراسة العديد من الوثائق الأرشيفية لتقديم الأدلة على تطور شبكة المدارس، وتنامي أعداد الطلاب، وتنظيم تشييد المباني المدرسية، وزيادة حجم التمويل الحكومي للمدارس والمؤسسات الأخرى المعنية بالأطفال في موسكو إبان سنوات الخطة الخمسية الأولى.
كما يستعرض البحث التدابير التي اتُّخذت في موسكو للاضطلاع بمهام القضاء على الأمية وإقرار التعليم الابتدائي الشامل خلال فترة التصنيع والبناء الثقافي في الاتحاد السوفيتي؛ واستناداً إلى الوثائق الأرشيفية، يبيّن البحث بعض السمات الخاصة بتنظيم تشييد المدارس وتعزيز القاعدة المادية لها ولمؤسسات الأطفال الأخرى في موسكو خلال سنوات الخطة الخمسية الأولى.
