Abstract
The article deals with possibilities of using the systematic and synergetic approach as a powerful tool to study the supercomplex of dynamically developing educational systems. The process of training students, using the informational technologies, is considered to identify the components of the synergistic effect. The proof of the possibility to use the synergistic approach while studying the train-ing processes is also given.
