Abstract
Se consideran algunos conceptos como: la problemática del acceso vinculado con diferencias socioeconómicas y el uso que los jóvenes hacen de los medios, en este caso de las nuevas tecnologías -computadora e Internet en relación con la motivación. Referentes de este trabajo fueron las teorías de la comunicación provenientes de la sociología y la sicología de la comunicación.
