Abstract
A new trace alkaloid possessing the lignan structure, named oleraisoindole A, was obtained from the extract of the L.. The structure of oleraisoindole A was elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR and high resolution electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectroscopic methods. The compound presented an anticholinesterase effect with the IC value of 60.4 μM.
