Abstract
The paper has covered the complex analysis of administrative legislation and scientific literature with the view to explicate the basic nature of «moral and psychological support of the State Border Guard Service personnel» and the peculiarities of legal regulation of officials’ activity and management bodies in this area.
Based on the analysis of law resources system the peculiarities and shortcomings of legal regulation of «the moral and psychological support of the State Border Guard Service personnel» had been disclosed as well as the proposals how to introduce changes in the Law of Ukraine «State Border Service of Ukraine» and particular departmental statements had been substantiated.
