Abstract
A 48 year old male developed erythema on the face and neck with infiltrated papulo-plaque lesions on the neck region. A diagnosis of reticular erythematous mucinosis (REM) was made clinically and with the help of histopathology. Treatment which chloroquine and physical sunscreen gave a good therapeutic response within 8 weeks.
