Abstract
Las cefaleas constituyen una de las dolencias médicas más frecuentes en las consultas de neurología. Si tenemos en cuenta que afecta entre el 50 y el 60 % de la población en uno u otro período de la vida, y que entre el 8 y el 10 % requiere tratamiento médico por este motivo, veremos que es necesario que los médicos tengan un conocimiento preciso de sus diversas etiologías, su diagnóstico y tratamiento. En el presente trabajo, destinado a brindar información sobre las cefaleas a los médicos del nivel primario de atención en salud pública, se realiza una revisión de las principales etiologías de las cefaleas, haciendo énfasis en las cefalalgias primarias
Headache is one of the most frequent medical illnesses in the Neurology Department. If we take into account the 50-60% of the population at any time of their lives is affected and that 8-10% of them require medical treatment, then we may say that it is necessary that the physicians exactly know the various etiologies, diagnoses and therapies referred to this illness. The present paper, aimed at providing primary care physicians information about headache, made a review of the main headache etiologies, making emphasis on primary headache
يُشكّل الصداع أحد أكثر الاعتلالات الطبية شيوعًا في عيادات طب الأعصاب. وإذا أخذنا في الحسبان أنه يصيب ما بين 50 و60% من السكان في مرحلة أو أخرى من حياتهم، وأن ما بين 8 و10% يحتاجون إلى علاج طبي لهذا السبب، فسيتبيّن لنا أنه من الضروري أن يمتلك الأطباء معرفة دقيقة بمختلف مسبباته، وتشخيصه، وعلاجه. وفي هذا العمل، الموجّه إلى توفير معلومات حول الصداع لأطباء مستوى الرعاية الأولية في الصحة العامة، تُجرى مراجعة للمسببات الرئيسية للصداع، مع التركيز على أنواع الصداع الأولي.
يُعد الصداع أحد أكثر الأمراض الطبية شيوعًا في قسم طب الأعصاب. وإذا أخذنا في الاعتبار أن 50-60% من السكان يُصابون به في فترة ما من حياتهم، وأن 8-10% منهم يتطلبون علاجًا طبيًا، فيمكننا القول إن من الضروري أن يُلِمّ الأطباء بدقة بمختلف المسببات والتشخيصات والعلاجات المتعلقة بهذا المرض. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية، المخصصة لتزويد أطباء الرعاية الأولية بمعلومات حول الصداع، إلى تقديم مراجعة لأبرز مسببات الصداع، مع التركيز على الصداع الأولي.
