Abstract
Given the importance of using a union list to forestall redundant purchase and to centralize ordering, the present study deals with a case study concerning consolidation of union list of non-farsi publications among 75 libraries affiliated with the ministry of Agricultural Jahad nationwide. During the process, 3500 records containing bibliographic data as well as notes and holding of publications were consolidated into a database that could be interrogated using four GUI. Union List data was designed over NOSA and Pars Azarakhsh Library software and could be updated. It is available through Nosa Simorgh Web interface at www.agrisis.org.
