Abstract
Reorganizamos o sistema de atendimento da nossa UBS visando a suprir a falta de dois médicos, através de duas formas de atendimento: grupos-consulta periódicos para as principais condições de cuidados continuados (HAS, DM2 e crianças) ou conforme a necessidade da comunidade (mamografia, saúde do homem, oftalmologia, etc); e o sistema de acolhimento, através de um horário específico de atendimento para demanda espontânea. Com isso, melhoramos a assistência à população, atingimos as metas e aumentamos o vínculo com a população.
