Abstract
W chorobie zwyrodnieniowej kręgosłupa bóle powstają najczęściejw 3 anatomicznych strukturach: 1) stawach międzywyrostkowych,2) pierścieniu włóknistym krą��ka międzykręgowego, 3) na styku:przepuklina dyskowa–korzenie nerwowe. Rozpoznanie źródła bólui dostosowanie do niego metody postępowania pozwalająskuteczniej walczyć z bólem. W artykule opisano 3 małoinwazyjnemetody zwalczania bólu, które uwzględniają patogenezę bólui miejsce jego powstawania w obrębie kręgosłupa: 1) neurolezjęstawów międzywyrostkowych, 2) elektrotermiczną terapię krążkamiędzykręgowego (IDET) i 3) przezskórną laserową dekompresjędysku (PLDD). Między nieskutecznym leczeniem zachowawczyma radykalnym leczeniem chirurgicznym na otwartym kręgosłupieistnieje luka w postępowaniu terapeutycznym, którą mogąwypełnić zabiegi małoinwazyjne.
