Abstract
Objetiva levar o leitor a uma profunda reflexão e conscientização sobre a importância e urgência de se trabalhar, preventivamente, os aspectos relativos à delinqüência juvenil, que envolvem família, escola e sociedade. Considerando que o ser humano não pode ser visto como algo isolado, pois vive, cresce e se desenvolve dentro de um contexto interativo e dinâmico, onde a escola assume papel importante, devendo ser mais uma das unidades que formam o processo de socialização do homem, juntamente com a família e a comunidade, essas instituições acabam fazendo um trabalho interligado e de extrema importância no desenvolvimento do ser humano. Daí a necessidade de se desenvolver técnicas de intervenções específicas por meio de políticas públicas eficazes, juntamente com cada uma das unidades socializadoras afetadas de forma a prevenir a delinqüência juvenil.
