Abstract
Conceptul de hărţuire morală este unul de dată recentă şi a fost, în general, asociat raporturilorde muncă. Astfel, acesta presupune un comportament abuziv, contrar eticii, inacceptabil în mediul demuncă, iraţional, repetat, faţă de un angajat sau grup de angajaţi, constituind un risc pentru sănătate şisecuritate. Cazurile de hărţuire morală se caracterizează prin agresiuni verbale şi fizice, dar şidiscreditarea activităţii unui coleg de muncă sau izolarea socială a acestuia.
