Abstract
Bu çalışmada Giresun yöresinde bolca yetişen sakarca
(Ornithogalum umbellatum L.)
bitkisinin taze ve diyet olarak kullanılan halinin toplam fenolik madde, toplam
flavonoid madde ve anyon-katyon içeriklerinin tayini amaçlanmıştır. Taze ve
ısıl işlem görmüş bitki numuneleri doğrayıcı ile küçültülmüş ve metanol ile
soxhlet ekstraksiyonu yapılmıştır. Bitki ekstraktlarında toplam fenolik madde
tayini Folin Ciocalteu yöntemiyle ve toplam flavonoid madde tayini ise alüminyum
nitrat yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Ayrıca sakarca bitkisinin bazı anyon-katyon
içeriği Dionex ICS-5000 iyon kromatografi sistemi ile eşzamanlı olarak belirlenmiştir
