Abstract
We identify the blow-up set of solutions to the problem ๐ข๐ก=(|๐ข๐ฅ|๐โ2๐ข๐ฅ)๐ฅ, ๐ฅ>0, ๐กโ(0,๐), โ|๐ข๐ฅ|๐โ2๐ข๐ฅ(0,๐ก)=๐ข๐โ1(0,๐ก), ๐กโ(0,๐), and ๐ข(๐ฅ,0)=๐ข0(๐ฅ)โฅ0, ๐ฅ>0, where ๐>2. We obtain that the blow up set ๐ต(๐ข) satisfies [0,๐(๐โ1)/(๐โ2))โ๐ต(๐ข)โ[0,๐(๐โ1)/(๐โ2)]. The proof is based on the analysis of the asymptotic behavior of self-similar representation and on the comparison methods.
