Abstract
Bu çalışmada teknik personel seçimi için bir model geliştirilmiştir. Modelde kullanıcı ara yüzü olarak Visual Basic, veri tabanı olarak Microsoft Access ve uzman sistem program olarak da CLIPS den yararlanılmıştır. Önerilen model uzman sistem teknolojisinden yararlanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Modelde personel seçim sürecinde sadece başvuruların ön değerlendirme aşaması ele alınmıştır. Geliştirilen modelde amaç tamamen bir uzmanın yerini almak değil, teknik personel seçimi sürecinde başvuru formlarından elde edinilen bilgilerin değerlendirilmesi için bir karar destek program yazılımı geliştirmektir. Böylece sunulan çalışma ile uzmanların daha hızlı ve daha doğru karar almaları sağlanmaktadır.
