Abstract
Der RNS-Gehalt in den Nucleoli und im Cytoplasma der Pineocyten der Epiphyse von Schwein und Mensch wurde mit histochemischen Methoden (Methylgrün-Pyronin Y von E. Gurr, RNase-Test und Phenylfluoron) semiquantitativ bestimmt. Es wurde festgestellt, daß in den Pinealzellen sehr wenig RNS nachweisbar its.
