Abstract
Günümüzde iş, teknoloji, bilim vb. alanlardaki farklı değişme ve gelişmeler tüm işlemeleri olduğu gibi üniversite kütüphanelerini de etkilemekte ve onu bir rekabet ortamına itmektedir. Bu rekabet, onu, geleneksel yöntemlerin dışındaki uygulamalara yönelttiği gibi, aynı zamanda daha verimli olmaya da zorlamaktadır. Bu nedenle üniversite kütüphaneleri daha verimli olmanın yollarını aramak, bunun için bilimsel yöntemlere başvurmak durumundadır. Bu çalışmada, "ergonomi bilimi"nin kütüphanelerle ilişkisi ve etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
