The International Journal of African Renaissance Studies – Multi-, Inter- and Transdisciplinarity (IJARSMIT) is a peer-reviewed journal that seeks to promote a critical and engaged understanding of the African continent and its diaspora. The journal encourages submissions that are multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary in nature, and that engage with a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: African history, politics, economics, culture, literature, arts, and social issues. IJARSMIT also welcomes submissions that explore the connections between Africa and the rest of the world.
