Buyer: The person or entity purchasing services
This agreement formed upon purchase completion

2. Subject of Agreement

Digital services: Journal indexing, AI analysis, search features
Blockchain services: NFT minting and management
Premium subscriptions: Enhanced features and analytics

3. Service Specifications

Services as described on website at time of purchase
Features may be updated or modified
AI analysis powered by Google Gemini
NFTs on Scimatic blockchain network

4. Pricing

Prices displayed in USD or SUSD (blockchain)
Prices include applicable taxes
Subscription prices may change with 30-day notice
Current subscribers maintain original rate

5. Payment Terms

Payment via credit card, debit card, or cryptocurrency
Payment processed by iyzico (credit cards)
Blockchain payments via Scimatic Network
Payment required before service activation

6. Right of Withdrawal

14-day withdrawal right (EU/Turkey)
Right waived for digital content once delivered
Right waived for customized services
NFTs non-refundable once minted

7. Delivery

Immediate access to purchased services
NFT delivery within 1-2 hours of blockchain confirmation
Email confirmation sent to registered address

8. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate billing information
Maintain valid email address
Secure wallet address for NFT delivery
Comply with Terms of Service

9. Dispute Resolution

Consumer arbitration boards available
Disputes resolved per applicable law

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for events beyond our control
Includes natural disasters, wars, network failures
Services suspended until resolution
