1. Nature of Services

  • Journament provides digital services including journal indexing, AI analysis, and blockchain NFTs
  • All services are delivered electronically
  • Access is immediate upon account creation or payment

2. Digital Service Delivery

  • Free features: Available immediately upon registration
  • Premium features: Activated within 24 hours of payment
  • NFT minting: Processed within 1-2 hours of blockchain confirmation
  • Search results: Delivered in real-time

3. NFT Delivery

  • NFTs minted to your provided wallet address
  • Transaction time depends on blockchain network
  • You must provide valid Scimatic Network wallet address
  • Failed transactions due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Free services: No refunds applicable
  • Premium subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee if unused
  • NFT minting: Non-refundable once minted (blockchain is immutable)
  • Technical issues: Full refund if service not delivered

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation

6. Service Interruptions

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime
  • Planned maintenance announced in advance
  • No refunds for brief interruptions
  • Extended outages may qualify for credit

7. Consumer Rights

  • Digital content exempt from standard distance selling returns
  • Right to withdraw within 14 days (EU)
  • Right waived when service fully performed with consent
