Abstract
Öz Birleşik Krallık’da referandum sonucu Avrupa Birliği’nden çıkma kararının alınması ile birlikte Avrupa Birliği Hukuku açısından birçok sorun ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışma Avrupa Birliği Hukuku’nun dinamiklerini de dikkate alarak bu alanlarda ortaya çıkacak sorunlara dikkat çekmeyi ve sorunları ‘Ortak Ticaret Politikası’ ve yabancı mahkeme kararlarının tanınması ve tenfizine ilişkin ‘Tadil Edilmiş Brüksel I Tüzüğü’ üzerinden tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır. Abstract ‘European Withdrawal’ decision in the United Kingdom referandum result led to many uncertainties in the European Union Law. This paper by taking into account the dynamics of the European Union Law aims to point out the potential problems of this process. The scope of the discussion will be only on the ‘Common Trade Policy’ and the ‘Brusells I Recast Regulation’ on recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions.
